Meet Melissa

Hey friends! My name is Melissa McKee and I am a lover of TCBY oero shivers, studying God’s Word, Mexican food, long walks with people I love, naps after a big meal, and traveling!

I grew up in Austin Texas with three over protective older brothers and wonderful God fearing parents. I accepted Christ at a young age at Kanakuk camps but didn’t fully grasp Grace until college. I got my business degree at Southern Methodist University! Pony Up! I learned what true community looks like at SMU within my soriety as a Chi Omega and playing for the women’s soccer team.

After college, I attended Grad School at the Kanakuk Institute and got my masters degree. This is where I met the one only “Big Sexy." Josh and I have been married since October 2009 and are obsessed with the blessings and challenges of day to day life with one another! We serve together in Merge and leading Foundation Group.

I worked on the Watermark children’s team until I had my first son, Braden. Since then we have had two other precious boys, Brooks and Nixon. My heart could literally explode!

Now I have the privilege of being on the marriage ministry team as the Watermark wedding coordinator! LOVING LIFE!
