Meet Garrett

I was born and raised in Stillwater, OK, where I came to faith in high school and later met my wife at Oklahoma State University. Despite coming to know the Lord in a parachurch ministry, my heart has always yearned for the health of the local church.

My search for a theological training program brought me to the Watermark Institute in 2018. I’ve been serving on staff ever since, first on the Resources Team for a few years and now on the Equipping Team. Throughout it all, I’ve gotten to train and equip church members, whether at Watermark or at other churches, all to know and love our God more. I am overjoyed to serve Watermark through teaching apologetics and theology for God’s glory and our good.
